RFP 17-11 Landscaping And Ground Maintenance Services (Service Area No. 2)
The Houston Community College, (“HCC”) or (“College”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services for Service Area No. 2, which is more specifically described in Section 2.0 (Scope of Services) of this RFP. Qualified respondents are invited to submit a written response outlining their qualifications and experience in providing the services as described in the Scope of Services, and in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The successful proposer will provide the scope of services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and professional standards.

Pre-Proposal Meeting (Non-Mandatory) will be held by the Procurement Operations Department, at HCC’s Eastside Campus, 6815 Rustic Street in, (Workforce Bldg. Room No. 316) Houston, Texas 77087, on April 19, 2017 at 9:30 am (local time). Site visits will begin immediately following the pre-proposal meeting.
