Digital & Information Technology
The Center for Digital and Information Technology provides training and industry credentialing in Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Linux, CompTIA and other emerging technologies to meet the needs of the more than 1,000 computer-related companies in Houston.
Network systems administration, disaster recovery, mobile network administration, and cybersecurity needs in energy, transportation, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and government sectors are increasing demand for qualified new workers as well as the constant need for incumbent worker training.
Projected growth demand for digital professionals is over 28% nationwide, with high-growth, high-demand, high-wage occupations growing in the Gulf Coast area as well.
