RFP-C 21-19 Adult Trauma Simulator
Houston Community College (“HCC”) through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is seeking proposals for an “Adult Trauma Simulator”. Delivery will be in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal. The successful proposer will provide the specified requirements in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, standards and regulations necessary to perform the scope of services. HCC invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the purchase of and Adult Trauma Simulator. The successful proposer (Contractor) shall be required to furnish all resources, transportation, services, labor, material, equipment, and supplies necessary and required to supply, deliver and install (F.O.B Destination, Prepaid and Allowed) adult trauma simulator. The adult trauma simulator must be similar or equal to the Gaumard, Trauma HAL make and model number, as described below, in accordance with the general terms and conditions and requirements set forth in this Solicitation.
