IFB No. 22-35: Renovations of Designated Food Service Areas at Various HCC Campuses

The Houston Community College, (“HCC” or the “College”) is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified firms for the purchase of a general contractors for the Renovations of Designated Food Service Areas at Various HCC Campuses in accordance with the plans and specifications referenced herein. Qualified firms are invited to submit a written response outlining its bid to provide goods, equipment and services as described in the Scope of Work, and in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). The successful bidder will provide the scope of work in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and professional standards. The project consists of the removal of partitions, doors, casework, floor slab, equipment, fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP), floor finish, ceiling tile, ceiling grid, etc. and the replacement/ installation of these as specified in the plan. Necessary HVAC, electrical and plumbing work are also a part of the project. In addition, the project includes saw cutting of the concrete slab for under floor sanitary sewer lines and connecting it to existing ones.
