Apr 23, 2025
Houston Community College’s Northline Campus (HCC) will hold a free Community Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 26, at 8001 Fulton St.
The event offers a fun-filled opportunity for families, prospective students and community members to explore HCC Northeast programs, connect with student support services and enjoy a variety of entertainment and activities.
Attendees can learn about programs such as public safety, the police academy, emergency medical services and firefighting, automotive and diesel engine repair, global energy, cosmetology, adult education, honors college and weekend college.
In addition to academic exploration, student service representatives will be on-site to assist with financial aid, academic advising, admissions, counseling, veteran affairs and recreational sports.
Family-friendly activities will include a live DJ, caricature artist, interactive career displays, snow cones and Chick-fil-A.
“This event is a great way for our community to connect with the many educational and career pathways available at HCC,” said Dr. Kenneth Holden, dean of Student Services. “We encourage everyone to come out, bring their families and experience the engaging and welcoming environment we offer.”
