Why did you enroll at HCC Coleman College?
I always wanted to be in the medical field. It’s important work. I enrolled at HCC Coleman because I heard great things about the Sterile Processing Technician program. In this job, I can make a difference behind the scenes.

Why did you choose your program of study?
I have always wanted to work in the medical field and work closely with the operating room where so much life-saving action happens.

What do you like best about your college experience?
I love the professors and how they love to instill knowledge that will make us successful in our careers.

What do you like best about your program of study?
I enjoy learning the medical terms and the learning in the lab where our professors teach us about the instruments and the procedures.

When you are tired, what motivates you to push forward?
My grandfather who passed away motivates me. He always told me to do whatever I loved, and it would make me happy. Live to be the best version of yourself.

What advice can you offer to help other students succeed?
Persevere no matter what struggles come about. Control the controllable, and keep striving to be great.
