HCC Coleman College Distinguished Alumni Awards
HCC Coleman College President Dr. Betty Young announces the opening of nominations for the 2009 Class of Distinguished Alumni. The 2009 Class of Distinguished Alumni will be announced during the HCC Coleman Fifth Anniversary Celebration December 9. All graduates of HCC health sciences are eligible for nomination, whether they hold a certificate or degree. Honorees will receive a HCC Coleman College Distinguished Alumni Certificate, a Distinguished Alumni Medallion, and an engraved gift from the College.
The nomination package must be submitted to the HCC Coleman College Office of the President by 5pm, November 30, 2009 via postal mail or hand-delivered to HCC Coleman College for Health Sciences, Suite 285, 1900 Pressler Street, Houston, TX 77030. You may also press the "submit form" button at the bottom of the form which will email the nomination form to carmen.hernandez@hccs.edu. Nominations must be submitted in their entirety and must not exceed 5 pages in length, including the nomination form: only the first 5 pages will be reviewed.
